The restaurant is themed after the 1972 Miami Dolphins' "Perfect Season" - the only team in NFL history to finish a season undefeated. Shula’s Steak House is the classic American steakhouse. It is a fine dining, white tablecloth restaurant. The menus are hand painted on an official NFL game football. At Shula's Steak Houses, one of the featured entrees is the 48-Ounce Porterhouse. Those who finish it join Shula's 48-Ounce Club, which currently has more than 26,000 members. I invite you to experience Shula's Steak House, where we only offer the biggest and the best.
The SHULA CUT® is an exclusive beef program for Angus type cattle, that has to meet ten science based qualifying specifications in marbling, maturity, uniformity, flavor, appearance, consistency, and tenderness.
Nine of these standards exceed those of USDA Prime and all ten exceed those of USDA Choice. Shula’s proprietary specifications guarantee that less than 1% will make The SHULA CUT®.

The theme for Shula's Steak House is a virtual museum of the 1972 Miami Dolphins' 17-0 perfect season, the NFL's only unbeaten team. The décor includes pictures and game balls from the '72 season. The menus are hand painted on NFL footballs then personally hand signed by Coach Shula himself.
The restaurant's reputation has been built on serving the "biggest and the best", which includes Premium Black Angus Beef. The menu features generous portions, including a signature 48-ounce porterhouse steak.
