Located in the heart of Chicago's River North, Paris Club brings classically-inspired French fare to a lively, vivacious neighborhood. French Chef Jean Joho teamed with restaurateurs RJ and Jerrod Melman to bring new energy to the French bistro.
Leading the helm of Paris Club's kitchen is Executive Chef Alex Ageneau. Ageneau spent his youth in France and at the age of eighteen set out on a whirlwind culinary tour working for some of the world's top chefs in France, London, Los Angeles and Chicago. Taking cues from his French heritage, Ageneau brings a sense of whimsy to some of his favorite traditional dishes.
Following in the spirit of the dinner menu, Paris Club's cocktail and wine list pay homage to Old World classics while showcasing New World interpretations.
