Located inside The Boathouse at Sunday Park, the Crow’s Nest is a location for Birthday and Anniversary celebrations. This second floor “walk up” room has a private bar and private balcony overlooking the Swift Creek Reservoir.    Payment of a $200 deposit and completion of a reservation contract are required to reserve the private room.

The Gardens pavilion is a free-standing, fully enclosed, heated and air-conditioned building with a wood-burning fireplace and glass doors that open onto a private deck overlooking the lake. The Gardens Pavilion can seat up to 100 guests. The Gardens Pavilion may be reserved for a 3-hour party on a Saturday or Sunday 90 days in advance.
