Café Boulud has unveiled a fresh new look with the addition of popular Bar Pleiades and two private dining salons seating 18 guests. The restaurant boasts a menu inspired by Daniel Boulud’s four culinary muses: la tradition, classic French cuisine; la saison, seasonal delicacies; le potager, the vegetable garden; and le voyage, the flavors of world cuisines. Behind the stove is the talented Executive Chef Gavin Kaysen, a Food & Wine Magazine “Best New Chef” and James Beard “Rising Star Chef” award winner. Having earned three stars from The New York Times and Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence, Café Boulud is both a destination and a neighborhood gem for casually elegant dining, seasonal wine tasting dinners and Sunday brunch.
