Hibiscus' private dining menus are hand-picked by Chef Graham Dodds to offer guests the staple items of our menu. The menu adjusts seasonally to accommodate the most fresh and local parring with our protein. We also offer hors d’oeuvres and small plate menus for those not interested in full dining.
