Jaleo, by celebrated chef José Andrés, offers an impressive assortment of tapas, the traditional small dishes of Spain, as well as savory paellas cooked over an open fire, creative cocktails, superb sangrias and a fine selection of Spanish wines and Sherries in a vibrant and comfortable atmosphere. The sprawling space and Private Dining Room, with artistic direction from Spanish designer Juli Capella, are inspired by Spanish food and craft rituals. We offer several set menus, reception menus and beverage packages that can also be customized to fit your group's needs. For an interactive Spanish experience, the group can choose to do a hands-on paella class with our Head Chef Luis Montesinos.
