Whether you are looking to host a private dinner for 12 or a reception for 450, Blue Water Cafe's diversity offers a unique setting for any occasion. We are very flexible and will tailor-make each event to suit your individual requirements. Corporate dinners, wedding receptions, birthday celebrations, wrap parties and launch parties are some of the events we have hosted.
The active wine cellar contains two multi-faceted private rooms that are easily combined to accommodate up to 80 guests sit-down or 120 guests standing. State-of-the-art audio/visual equipment, including satellite reception provides prime amenities for boardroom presentations and entertaining. Other areas of the restaurant offer semi-private locations for groups. In addition, the bar provides the ideal space for stand up receptions.

Executive Chef Frank Pabst is known for his innovative and brilliantly executed West Coast plates, insisting on using seafood from wild and sustainable harvest, while Raw Bar Chef Yoshiya Maruyama is true to the Japanese culinary aesthetic of pure, clean flavours and ample portions that Blue Water Cafe has long been famous for.
