Signature dishes to satisfy any palate include the Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno; thinly sliced fresh yellowtail is set in citrus soy sauce accented with garlic and cilantro, the Marinated Black Cod is broiled and served with a sweet miso sauce, also the Alaskan King Crab Tempura with a tangy Amazu Ponzu sauce is complimented by shaved red onions, micro cilantro, and sliced serano pepper. Exotic offerings include Assorted New Style Sashimi topped with garlic, ginger, and sesame seeds then seared with a mixture of hot sesame and olive oils, slivers of Japanese Red Snapper with dry miso crumbles, scallions, and crispy garlic chip is set in yuzu juice and olive oil.
