Giancarla Bodoni, Ecopazzo's chef and owner had been creating the magic that has been receiving rave reviews from local and nation wide publications since 1993. Her Italian menu is an assortment of contemporary and creative dishes as well as some traditional favorites, in her menu she uses only organic products and all her meats are chemical and hormone free, as chef and mother of three Giancarla believes in supporting industries that treat their land and animals in the most natural and humane ways possible.
