The seasonal menus at our downtown New York restaurant use locally produced fresh ingredients and emphasize traditional cooking methods, simple presentation and exceptional flavors. The chefs at our downtown NYC restaurant have reinvented classic dishes while maintaining the use of traditional cooking methods such as smoked meats and homemade chutneys, as well as simple baked goods and mouth-watering rustic breads.
