Located along the canal in the heart of Manayunk, Bourbon Blue has been pioneering this quaint town’s cuisine with flair and excitement. Since opening in November of 2002, Bourbon Blue has grabbed hold of the city’s restaurant scene and hasn’t let go. Bourbon Blue was founded on this simple philosophy: “Treat every guest that visits Bourbon Blue as if they are a guest in our home, doing whatever we can to help create the best possible dining experience. Originally the building that now houses Bourbon Blue was an Old Cotton Mill, dating back to 1815. In 2002, the building was completely remodeled, keeping as much of the original architecture as possible. Echoes of French Quarter dining were created. Since Bourbon Blue’s inception, the idea has always been to provide “affordable elegance”, an upscale yet casual dining menu combined with a touch of Southern Hospitality that suits the needs of just about anyone.
