Located in a historic apothecary on the corner of Octavia and Bush, Baker & Banker brings fresh farm-to-table New American cuisine to residential Pacific Heights. Follow the caramel-colored walls through the kitchen doors and down a flight of stairs to arrive at the adjoining bakery which presents a truly unique dining venue for 5-8 people. Take a seat at the chef's table in the heart of the bakery with striking views of the kitchen. Executive Chef Jeff Banker offers a tasting menu allowing guests to sample the seasonal cuisine. Guests are also welcomed to select dishes a la carte.
For larger parties, Baker & Banker is available to buy-out any night of the week. The restaurant seats up for 50 guests for dinner or up to 70 guests for a memorable cocktail party.

Husband and wife team Lori Baker and Jeff Banker opened the doors to their Lower Pacific Heights restaurant in December 2009.The dining room, decorated with caramel colored walls and leather banquettes, sits in a historic turn of the century Victorian that once served as an apothecary. Chef Jeff Banker prepares seasonally driven New American cuisine that utilizes produce and meats sourced from local farms. Pastry Chef Lori Baker turns out hand crafted breads and sophisticated versions of classic American desserts. Our wine list has been carefully chosen to maximize the diners experience with a mix of Old and New World labels.
