Awarded 4 Diamonds by AAA and listed among America’s Top Restaurants by Zagat, Rioja is the flagship restaurant for Chef/owner Jennifer Jasinski. Along with being named Best Chef by Denver Magazine, 5280 Magazine and countless other publications, the James Beard Foundation just bestowed Best Chef Southwest on Chef Jennifer Jasinski. Her Mediterranean-inspired food is infused with local, seasonal ingredients. Business partner Beth Gruitch oversees impeccable service, a creative wine list and Hand blown glass fixtures, custom metal accents, a copper-topped bar, exhibition kitchen and exposed brick walls highlight the décor. Semi private reception or seated events for 30 to 60 are served in our dining rooms with the full restaurant available for receptions up to 150 and dinners seating up to 100.
