The “Pacific Avenue” private dining room features its own street level entrance, huge attached bar, coat check and restrooms. The “Pacific Avenue” room is able to seat a maximum of 200 guests or can be configured for 350 as a cocktail reception. Multiple Floor plan options make it the perfect venue for your event. Valet parking is also available right outside the doors.

The “90’s” can be used alone or in conjunction with our expansive downstairs bar for a Cocktail Hour with a gathering of up to 60 guests.    It features plush theatrical drapes that can be closed for more privacy or left open to be part of the festive atmosphere of the bar scene. The 90’s are available for private or semi private functions.    Several options for seating are available.

The “Quarter Deck” is a showcase area for events seating up to 25 guests. Located on CARMINE’S main floor, it is in the heart of all of the action. Expansive windows look out into the Tropicana’s “Quarter,” a Mecca of excitement and nightlife. The place to see and be seen!

The “Celebrity Corner Room” is our quiet cozy corner alcove with lots of privacy from the hustle and bustle of the restaurant. It features red velvet draperies to ensure your comfort and privacy. Setup can be family style with seating on each side of the table or T-Shape for a maximum of 20 guests.

The 40’s Platform overlooks the heart of CARMINE’S main floor and seats up to 60 guests. Seating is at Family Style tables. Handicapped ramp is available. The 40’s platform is perfect for corporate events or rehearsal dinners, with a view of the entire floor yet set apart from the rest of the crowd.
