RN74 is an urban wine bar and restaurant designed by acclaimed New York City design and concept firm, AvroKo. Using elements of glass and steel tempered with warm, rich leathers and reclaimed wood, RN74 is a contemporary space softened with rustic earthiness.
The cuisine at RN74 is a perfect complement to the wines – creative, modern, but simple interpretations of regional French cuisine punctuated with seasonal, fresh ingredients and bold flavors.
The restaurant features an expansive wine list created by Rajat Parr showcasing the best expressions of burgundy, as well as new world pinot noir and chardonnay and a selection of varietals from other world regions.

Named after Route National 74, the major thoroughfare passing through the heart of France’s Burgundy region, RN74 is a San Francisco urban wine bar and restaurant by Michael Mina, Rajat Parr and Adam Sobel featuring modern interpretations of refined American and regional French cuisine with a world-class wine list highlighting the Burgundy region of France. The wine bar setting is relaxed and social, with dishes presented in a simple, uncomplicated manner, creating a comfortable environment for enjoying a glass of wine from an extensive by-the-glass list. In the restaurant, a menu designed to pair perfectly with the extensive wine list offers guests the opportunity to mix and match and create their own unique gustatory experience. RN74 was awarded Wine Spectator’s highest honor of the Grand Award in 2010, its first eligible year, in 2011, 2012, and 2013.
