We are offering to our guests a more traditional dining experience, with its focus on Belgian cuisine with American inspiration. Chef Wiedmaier’s heart and soul is felt through the knowledgeable servers—you’ll know you’re in a chef’s restaurant as the servers speak confidently about the menu, the wine list and the cheese program. The restaurant features a list of small production, hard-to-find, yet approachable wines from around the world. Brabo is also featuring an extensive list of Belgian beers. Many ingredients are from local farmers and highlight the bounty of the region.
