Serpas is located in a historical cotton storage factory built in the 1900s overlooking Auburn Avenue. To maintain building’s fundamental spirit, Scott Serpas and his wife, Dawn, have preserved several of the building’s original elements to ensure the look is raw and holds true to the original rustic form.
