Blue Hill at Stone Barns, located within Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture, offers a private dining room that seats up to 14 guests, a main dining room that seats up to 125 guests and the HayLoft that seats up to 260 guests for dinner and up to 350 guests in a theater-style setting. In addition, meetings, outings and retreats for up to 260 guests can be accommodated on-site, with extensive team-building activities offered in conjunction with our farmers and chefs.

There are no menus at Blue Hill at Stone Barns; Our Grazing, Pecking and Rooting option is the instant reflection of the day's harvest ($198 per guest not inclusive of tax or gratuity)

Elegant attire. Jackets and ties are preferred for gentlemen. Shorts are not allowed in the restaurant or on the terrace. Flash photography is not permitted in the main dining room.
