Blue Hill at Stone Barns, located within Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture, offers a private dining room that seats up to 64 guests or can be divided for smaller groups, a main dining room that seats up to 125 guests and our HayLoft that seats up to 260 guests for dinner and up to 350 guests in a theater-style setting. In addition, meetings, outings and retreats for up to 260 guests can be accommodated on-site, with extensive team-building activities offered in conjunction with our farmers and chefs. Blue Hill at Stone Barns offers several formats for weddings – the private dining room seats up to 64 guests and can be booked for weddings Wednesday to Sunday; for larger groups of up to 260 guests, the main dining room and HayLoft are dramatic settings and available on a limited basis. Ceremonies can be hosted on site and our staff can assist with all aspects of your planning.

Sourcing ingredients from the surrounding fields and pasture as well as other local farms, Blue Hill at Stone Barns highlights the abundant resources of the Hudson Valley. There are no menus at Blue Hill at Stone Barns; instead, the restaurant offers multi-course farmers' feast based on the day's harvest (and the diner).
Farmer's Feast Tasting Menu: 12 courses $208 pp/ 8 courses $148 pp / 5 courses $108 pp.

Elegant attire. Jackets and ties are preferred for gentlemen. Shorts are not allowed in the restaurant or on the terrace. Flash photography is not permitted in the main dining room.
