At Bouchon, Adam Tihany has interpreted a Parisian bistro that radiates authenticity and ambiance. Hosts may choose from a 12-seat private dining room, a 40-seat private dining room, or exclusive use of the restaurant, which accommodates up to 160 seated guests or up to 400 guests for standing receptions when we include the courtyard.
