The private dining room WEST at Per Se accommodates up to 60 guests for seated events or up to 80 guests for standing receptions. The room offers the option to be divided into two smaller rooms for groups of 12 to 16 guests.
The West room is an interior room reminiscent of a Parisian dining room with soft, cream-colored walls and dark chocolate carpeting.
For a unique celebration or exclusive corporate events, we offer the possibility to privatize the entire restaurant. Our Main Dining room can seat up to 75 guests and our Salon aera is the perfect space to start the celebration with a cocktail reception.

Per Se, the much-anticipated restaurant from renowned chef Thomas Keller, debuted in February 2004 in the Time Warner Center complex at Columbus Circle. With striking views of Columbus Circle and Central Park, the dining room is a rare blend of open space and easy intimacy, discreet drama and understated luxury. Offering a 64-seat dining room, a 10-seat private dining room, a lounge, a bar and wine cellar, all presented in a palette of warm neutrals and natural elements, Per Se will refine and redefine the dining experience.
For dinner, Per Se offers two prix fixe tasting menus for $295; a 9 course Tasting of Seasonal Vegetables or the 9 course Chef’s Tasting Menu, which changes daily. We also offer a five, seven and nine-course menu during lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday for $185, $235 and $295 respectively.
