Enotria Restaurant and Wine Bar is proud to offer a seasonally inspired menu featuring ingredients from the local bounty of Sacramento. As one of Sacramento's most exciting chefs, Pajo Bruich displays his unique talent with creative flavor profiles and seasonal, locally farmed sourced ingredients.
Enotria proudly offers multiple options for dining to our guests. Our main dining room features a five course and a seven course Tasting Menu that changes with the seasons and new innovations of our kitchen. We offer an optional wine pairing of local and international wines of elegance and finesse chosen by our Sommelier Tyler Stacy.
Enotria's wine bar provides a lively and casual dining experience. In addition to our exciting hand-crafted cocktails and extensive wine selection, we offer our in-house charcuterie & artisanal cheeses, as well as a menu offering our favorite dishes à la carte.
