When it comes to the private events business, owners Stephan and Nicole Outrequin Quaisser are among the most experienced and knowledgeable around. Stephan's seven-years experience at The Drake Hotel included a tenure as the director of banquet operations, during which he was responsible for the supervision and execution of private events. Nicole also has experience at The Drake, where she was director of catering for nine years. More recently, she was general manager of Chicago's 1st & Fresh Catering, a national catering service providing businesses and organizations with fresh food.
