Sole Mio started on the beaches of the Adriatic Sea over 25 years ago. Owner GianCarlo Agnoletti first opened in his hometown near Rimini, Italy. He began a passion for wonderfully fresh Northern Italian food and is pleased to share it with you here in Nashville, specializing in handmade pastas and homemade sauces and desserts.
Chef Jeff Brown has made his mark now with his signature Lobster Ravioli, Veal Involtini and daily fresh catch and don’t forget to save room for our Homemade Tiramisu!
