Our banquet room on the South Patio can seat 25 guests comfortably and can be private between the hours of 5:00pm and 11:00pm.    Guest have the option to leave the patio wide open and feel the bay breeze or have the clear flap down to make it warmer.    The south Patio has breath taking views of the Coronado Bridge and the Glorietta Bay.

The Coronado Boathouse 1887 is available for day buyouts and evening buyouts.    Our main dinning room can seat 120 guests comfortably with a dance floor and 150 without a dance floor.    There are two adjacent patios connected to the main dinning room that seat 25 guests and 50 guests.    Our upstairs banquet room can also seat an additional 75 guests if needed or can be used for a large cocktail or mingling space.    With a restaurant buyout package the restaurant would be closed to the public.
