La Cantinella: Private, with elevator access, and in the color of Brunello di Montalcino, this room seats up to 55 for dinner -- with one table of 16 situated within the glass-enclosed wine cellar. The decor, inspired by the faded, gilded beauty of Venice, is filled with silk damask drapes, carved wood chandeliers and gold-framed artwork.
