D"Amici Ristorante offers a Private Dining Room in the south end of the restaurant. The PDR is a beautiful room offering both privacy and intimacy. The PDR can accommodate up to 26 guests at a single table or 32 guests at individual tables.
D'Amici prefers family style service but individual service is offered with a pre-selected menu. For a better overall dining experience, D'Amici recommends wine pairings with each course. The wine pairings are selected by D'Amici's Wine Director.
Our Chef is classically trained in Italian cuisine and offers homemade pastas and desserts. He prides himself in Italian simplicity, allowing the flavors of the fresh ingredients to flourish in his dishes.
The PDR can be booked for both lunch and dinner with an array of selections ranging from lighter to heavier fare. We can accommodate all allergy and dietary needs including vegan and vegetarian requests. We do make non-dairy pastas.

Owned by the Pestoni Family, the Hotel D'Amici Ristorante features traditional Italian cuisine with homemade pastas, fresh seafood, delicious desserts and, of course, Pestoni Family wines from Rutherford Grove Winery.
Critically acclaimed (Gourmet, Los Angeles Times, Zagats,) Southern California protégé of Wolfgang Puck and Marcella Hazan, chef Joe Venezia served as Executive Chef of the Hotel Bel Air, i.Cugini and il Boccaccio. He recently moved to Calistoga where he serves as Executive Chef at Hotel D’Amici Ristorante. Chef Venezia is one of only a few chefs who had the pleasure of cooking alongside Marchella Hazan. Pastas, sausage, wine and even the pickling is made in house and by hand. The seafood dishes are fresh widely popular as is the Thursday night fixed menu that focuses on a different region of Calistoga every week.
