The kitchen is directed by Executive Chef Ruben Peck, formerly of the famed Mansion on Turtle Creek Hotel. Peck spent his last 5 years as the Sous Chef to Amador Mora. His new Mexican cuisine is a beautiful combination of native Mexican products, delicate sauces and vibrant, robust flavors. The Dallas Morning News gave Peck four and a half stars and called Trece “One of the Best Restaurants to Open in 2006.” The restaurant is a sleek combination of contemporary Mexican architecture, juxtaposed off of warm colors and commissioned Mexican art work.
