If you prefer your steak with a side of modern elegance, the Country Club, perched over the 18th hole of Wynn’s fairways, delivers on style as well as substance. With expansive windows framing sweeping views of the greens and waterfalls, this intimate spot makes an ideal hideaway from the throngs on the Strip. Chef Rene Lenger crafts ingredient-driven chophouse fare that walks the line between cosmopolitan and comfy: shrimp and grits; gumbo with house-smoked Andouille sausage, shrimp and crawfish; brown sugar brined pork chop with black mission fig-bourbon BBQ sauce, char-broiled Maine lobster and Wisconsin veal t-bone. In addition to the a la carte menu, a six-course chef’s ‘Taste of New Orleans’ menu is also available at dinner. The Sunday Jazz Brunch, replete with live Dixieland band, interactive buffet stations and a full menu of ‘Big Easy’ inspired brunch dishes, has become a local favorite.

Very Disappointed!!!! I brought clients here for a nice dinner during the week and the service was rushed the restaurant was empty. I was very embarrassed from taking them here, our waiter was horrible and the food wasn't great. I have eaten here before a couple years ago and it was fantastic but not this time. I will not be returning and nor will I ever recommend this restaurant. The roast beef that was served was cut sloppy and very unappealing when plated. Very disappointed as I and many friends and family members have had great meals here before. Not what we expected from a classy place in such classy hotel.

Absolute perfection! The best char flavor on a steak since a visit to SW years ago. We order NY and Scallops, and they perfectly split them to create 2 surf n turf plates. The Service was perfect, the food was fantastic, the size of the restaurant is big enough to be expansive, but not humongous grand central with people running all over the place. I loved every minute. My new Vegas favorite
