Everything about the Biltmore Sunday brunch was amazing! All delicious and very abundant. All the crab, lobster, jumbo shrimp, oysters, caviar you want along with delicious hot foods and desserts. Service was excellent! My champagne glass was always being topped off. Wonderful experience

Last time we ate at the buffet was 2020 (before Covid), and it was WOW. Today was NOT wow. Felt like any regular buffet, just at a beautiful resort. In 2020 the variety and selection of seafood was exceptional. It’s now a far cry from that. The actual breakfast section was very meek….like 4 or 5 cooked items and some pastries. The cooked food section was very good, but if I wanted only good cooked food, I could’ve had lunch somewhere else for less because $313 for 2 people when the food was OK is a big disappointment. I don’t mind spending money when the food is wow, but I’m not going to spend that kind of money on this brunch again. Just disappointing. Service and ambiance was very good.

Wonderful though a little overpriced at close to $200 per person. Thanks though. Mom liked it!

Food was just okay, the hotel itself is beautiful though and makes up for it. The service is terrible, I was a server for a looonng time so I hate to even say this but yeah service is terrible. Need to ask for refills on any water or champagne when they sit empty for 20+ minutes, never brought any new silverware so I’m just using the same silverware from caviar to desserts, for absolutely no reason the check was dropped on our table and then the table is cleared with while we were up getting dessert. But the check unpaid still remained. Blown away by how rude that is, for a $400 brunch for 2 people, show some respect for people spending their hard earned money on Mother’s Day. Didn’t see a single other table cleared in the entire dining room?

The staff could have opened the doors for customers coming in and out of Bruch areas. Holding full plates and no staff to assist here was sub-par service. I feel like the golden era of fine dining is lost on the new generation of service. The breakfast buffet was extremely lacking in my opinion. It was pretty disappointing actually. The fruit was hardly ripe. The pancakes were stale, there wasn't an omelet station (that I saw), no scrambled eggs or anything. The lunch area of the brunch was much better thought out and more thoroughly invested in by the hotel. The hotel is super cool to walk around and rich with history and I absolutely loved the throw back photos with description. I think the venue itself is better than the food/service. For 140/person on Mother's Day? I suggest another place to dine, and then take advantage of the free parking and walk the hotel grounds.
