Our passion for amazing food, excellent service, warm hospitality and delicious beverages makes craft|DALLAS a great location for events. Our semi-private dining area can accommodate up to 65 guests for dinner and up to 110 guests for breakfast or lunch with menus designed by our Chef de Cuisine, Jeff Harris. Our Pastry Chef, Laurel Wimberg, follows the same philosophy and creates seasonal desserts with a mix-and-match list of pastries, custards, house-made fresh fruit sorbets and rich ice creams. craft|DALLAS is also available for exclusive parties which seat approximately 134 as well as cocktail parties for 200. For parties larger than twelve, we will assist in designing a menu prior to your event.

The menu at craft | DALLAS is American Contemporary and is completely a la carte. First courses, meats, fish and side dishes are all ordered separately and served on platters in the center of the table. "I've always been attracted to Dallas because it has an amazing food culture," states Tom Colicchio, chef/owner of craft | DALLAS. craft | DALLAS' menu celebrates meat from artisanal ranchers, day boat fish and just-picked vegetables - the best seasonal ingredients prepared simply and with finesse. Many favorites from the craft New York menu are also prepared by chef de cuisine Jeff Harris including Braised Beef Short Ribs, Gnocchi and Hen of the Woods Mushrooms.
