"It was difficult to find. The streets are dark and I did not see an outside sign. However once inside it was great."

"This is a very special place with very special people. Food exceeded our wildest expectations with the chef sending out a few wonderful "on the house" creations, one of which was one of the absolutely best sashimi type scallop cerviche I have ever had, and this would include places like Nobu in NY. My entree was a most delicious triggerfish, my wife loved her choice of entree, but especially the banana foster souffle desert! Service was impeccable, and it is difficult to imagine a more pleasant surrounding for a lovely evening of fine food with a warm and charming ambiance. A tour of the Wentworth mansion after dinner added a special treat with a 360 view from the widows walk above the 4th floor, to view Charleston's night time beauty."

"Very good. The only problem we encountered was waiting a very long time for our bill. Our table was cleared and we sat with only water to drink for what seemed to be a very long time. Other than that, we really enjoyed the night. The prices were also very reasonable."

"We took advantage of Restaurant "Week" to have a wonderful "3 for $30" meal. This allowed us to bring our son and his friend who were visiting from out of town. The food was very good indeed, and we were very comfortable and cozy on a cold, rainy night. I love how the waiters come together to present the dishes all at one time to each person at the table: very nice touch. The wine selection was also very good, BUT VERY PRICEY. Whatever the caliber of the restaurant, one ought to be able to find more than one or two wines under $50 in a category, or a single glass for under $12."
