Just off the Las Vegas Strip, step inside the intimate and seductive modern Italian steakhouse, Bistecca. Come and enjoy our all-new menu in a more intimate and seductive dining room. Serving weekend brunch accompanied by live music, you will not get an experience like this anywhere else off the strip in Las Vegas. The menu features a selection of signature Italian classics and pasta, seafood, and a variety of steaks from Meats by Linz, domestic Wagyu Tomahawks, Bone-In and Boneless Ribeyes, NY Strip, Filet Mignon, and a Wagyu Ribcap. Indulge in one of our scratch-made desserts and a bottle of wine from our ‘Wine Spectator’ award-winning wine list. We also have signature cocktails, mocktails, or a full bar for a custom beverage option. Gluten-free and Vegetarian options are available.

The dress code is resort casual, with no open-toe footwear, tank tops, or athletic jerseys, or swimwear. Outdoor patio seating is available, weather permitting. Always Free parking.

                Had to send a steak back because it was cold. Instead of preparing a new steak the chef just scraped the sauce off of it and put it back on the fire. How nice to have your $60 filet that was ordered med rare reheated and re-served to you as medium well. FAIL. The chef should be fired.

                Wonderful experience. Table-side Caesar portions were huge. Bananas Foster dessert also large portion all food was delicious and service was amazing. Bianca is fabulous!

                Day one we made the mistake of going to the strip. Bistecca is right off the strip with what my idea of fine dining should be. The food was outstanding, the ambiance was quite, unrushed and welcoming. The service was great, helpful and courteous without being overly present. If you want a great dining experiece, this is it.

                Can I yell from the highest mountain about the 5-star service that we received. Our server Kevin was A-1 and rge extensive knowledge and experience of the menu, and the offerings were unmatched! Thank you! Now, about our meals and the table side ceaser salad were incredible .

                The best steak I have ever tasted! Please be warned you do not need any sides if you get the table side ceasar with steak because it is always a generous portion.

                The quality of the service and the food has really dropped since we were last there. Service was quite slow, food was undercooked, and no one asked how we felt afterwards.
