Each week our chef updates the menu with the freshest seafood available and prepares them in cooking styles covering the globe.

    Our Menu showcases always fresh 100% guaranteed Stone Crab. Amazingly prepared, done with a non-traditional twist .Tender, juicy, thick cut steaks are seasoned and grilled to perfection. We offer a daily shelf stock selection of fresh Florida stone crab from our Florida Fisheries. Fresh North Atlantic Jonah Crab, Fresh Pacific Northwest Dungeness Crab, Alaskan Red King crab, Fresh Australian Spanner Crab. Oysters from the Pacific Northwest and live lobster.
