    When going to expensive steak house you expect excellence, especially in steak quality. There were six of us and two steaks were not up to par. One was over cooked and the other was actually cold. Manager came and apologized and said he make it right. After taking steaks away and 25 minutes had past, I actually had to ask the server what the status was, since the rest of my family were done eating already. The two steaks came out again and one of them was drenched in pepper and was not edible. Manager comped the two steaks but for the money spent it wasn’t a good experience. Bummer since we were out for daughter’s graduation celebration.

    As per usual, Ruth’s Winter Park rose to the occasion and made everything magnificent. Special thanks to our server Paula for going above and beyond to ensure our celebration dinner was 100% PERFECT!! Can’t wait to return!!

    What a great first-time experience. Our server Kathleen made our 45th wedding anniversary celebration such a special night. The food was amazing and very well prepared.

    Steak was cooked perfection. Butter was boiling when the steak came out. Energy was great and server was nice. Would not get the crab cakes again, they were good but had better.
