Our mission is to offer contemporary California Cuisine with a focus on seasonal flavors we call “Farm to Table”. We strive to acquire the freshest locally grown ingredients for our creations, based on what the farmer brings to our back door!! • Small & Full Plate Format–Guests will get to enjoy our creations in two different sizes. This will allow for many different tastes during their dining experience. • Wine Program --- Meritage marries wine and food. This idea will be reflected upon throughout the dining room and bar. Meritage's menu will offer a small and large plates format matched to six primary characteristics of wine, with a page dedicated to whites & one to reds. Diners are encouraged to choose the type of wine they wish to enjoy, and then pick dishes that best complements the particular wine characteristics.
