YAMASHIRO is a “Mountain Palace”, located high in the Hollywood Hills and surrounded by lush landscaped gardens overlooking the best view of Los Angeles. Built in 1911, the grounds are an exact replica of a palace located in the Yamashiro mountains near Kyoto, Japan. The pagoda, koi pond, polished teak and million-dollar views are intoxicating. The menu is Asian influenced with items like Wagyu Steak, Korean style Baby Back Ribs, Seared Ahi, and Chipotle-Citrus Lamb Chops. The entire restaurant and grounds can accommodate up to 1000 guests and is available for large functions such as weddings, premier/wrap parties, corporate events, retreats, and full buyouts.
Private Party Facilities: Available for Corporate and Charity Events, Weddings, Meetings, and Personal Entertaining for events of 300 or more. The SkyView Room and Garden Court create a unique venue for private events. These rooms are available for lunches, brunches or dinners. The SkyView Room, with its panoramic view of Hollywood and Los Angeles, is an ideal private space for up to 80. Our tranquil Garden Court can accommodate up to 175 guests.
