Blue Hill at Stone Barns, located within Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture, offers a private dining room that seats up to 64 guests or can be divided for smaller groups, a main dining room that seats up to 125 guests and our HayLoft that seats up to 260 guests for dinner and up to 350 guests in a theater-style setting. In addition, meetings, outings and retreats for up to 260 guests can be accommodated on-site, with extensive team-building activities offered in conjunction with our farmers and chefs. Blue Hill at Stone Barns offers several formats for weddings – the private dining room seats up to 64 guests and can be booked for weddings Wednesday to Sunday; for larger groups of up to 260 guests, the main dining room and HayLoft are dramatic settings and available on a limited basis. Ceremonies can be hosted on site and our staff can assist with all aspects of your planning.

As a restaurant in partnership with Hudson Valley farms, Blue Hill at Stone Barn's is both a rural escape and a place to connect the farm with the table. Come early and stroll on the property before dinner or enjoy a seasonal cocktail on the terrace overlooking the fields. The tasting menus designed by Blue Hill at Stone Barns' kitchen celebrates the seasons and the best ingredients the Hudson Valley has to offer.

The restaurant is elegant. Jackets and ties are preferred for gentlemen. Shorts are not allowed in the restaurant or on the terrace. For the comfort of all our guests, flash photography is not permitted in the main dining room.
