As a restaurant in partnership with Hudson Valley farms, Blue Hill at Stone Barn's is both a rural escape and a place to connect the farm with the table. Come early and stroll on the property before dinner or enjoy a seasonal cocktail on the terrace overlooking the fields. The tasting menus designed by Blue Hill at Stone Barns' kitchen celebrates the seasons and the best ingredients the Hudson Valley has to offer. Farmer's feast $135 pp / 5 courses tasting menu $105 pp / Special menus and pricing may apply for holidays ( New Year Eve, Easter...) and special celebrations ( Mother's Day, Valentine's Day...) Please inquire within for further details. The restaurant is elegant. Jackets and ties are preferred for gentlemen. Shorts are not allowed in the restaurant or on the terrace. For the comfort of all our guests, flash photography is not permitted in the main dining room.
