   Food and service always wonderful. We are from chicsgo and have been coming to santa fe station for over 20 years. Our casino host was renita willis and we really miss her. But everyone else is great

   Absolutely wonderful. They had a surf and turf special for $59 which paired perfectly with a glass of wine and they’re $10 sides. Our waitress was wonderful. The food was wonderful and we will be back.

   We had been to the Charcoal Room last October for my birthday and had a very positive experience. As locals, we have many choices of places to eat. We chose to return to The Charcoal Room to celebrate our anniversary. I noted celebrating our anniversary in the notes on our reservation. When we walked in the hostess wished us ”happy anniversary “.. which was sweet. However, unlike last year, when dinner was done and a small piece of cake and candle were presented. Last night there was nothing. Our server was no where near as attentive as what we experienced previously, he basically took our order and brought us the check.. maybe checking in once. I later found out that he had been given notification of our celebration but apparently other tables were more pressing. His assistant was on it and was more attentive to us than our waiter was. Food was very good. However, the experience as a whole was disappointing. I did inform the hostess as we left- that there was no acknowledgment of the special occasion. She apologized profusely and the manager who was also at the desk was apologetic. He offered us desert or a drink which was kind, but we were full. Maybe my expectations were too high? Yet, at other steakhouses and higher end restaurants the service is usually a step above. That was not the case last night. Not so sure we will be returning for any other special occasions.

   Best meal we have had in Vegas in 36 years! Don't know why! Haad the steak and obster special, best tasting steak we have had in ages, truely melted in your mouth. Lobster done to perfection. Best service we could get was from the bus boy, our server was horrible. Little expensive but truely worth the price!!!!!! It was my 80th birthday, nothing special done except for a VERY tiney cream bbruley with NOTHING for my wife (not enough to share)

   First time dining at The Charcoal Room. We were not disappointed with anything about this place. Service was excellent. The quality of the food and the price you pay is spot on. Will be returning in the near future.

   Great food. The Bone-in Rib Eye was so good, even my wife loved it. Try the Bacon wrapped Shrimp! The Mashed potatoes, sauteed asparagus, and caesar salad was also really good! The Service is great, the staff friendly, professional and attentive. There was a guy that played live music, a good add-on to the experience. Atmosphere is nice relaxing. Over-all, it was a nice place to eat. And for the prices, it was worth it. Thanks for providing a great experience for me and my wife's anniversary!

   Our first time there and we will certainly be back. The service was great, friendly and professional. The staff was very welcoming. The food was delicious and it is a beautiful space.

   This was my first time dining here and it did not disappoint. The staff were attentive and friendly. The food was so delicious. French onion soup is my favorite and theirs was so good with lots of melted cheese on top and the street corn side was so good. I’m a sucker for a good bone in ribeye and it was cooked to a perfect medium rare. I’ll definitely be back and recommending it to my friends.

   We sat in the section away from the bar, and the noise level was much lower. Last time we sat closer to the bar and it was difficult to carry on a conversation. The food was excellent, our server, Jesus was friendly and efficient. It's hard to beat their special pricing on Wednesday when you get double value for your points.

    We were very happy with our experience here! The service was outstanding and the food was above average. Not the best steak house we have eaten at but definitely good and a good value! We will be back!
