   Kind of really a joke to be honest. To make a reservation at 1:45 and at 2:30 still not be seated is incredible. We ate pizza next door and couldn’t have been better. What a poor excuse that “it’s Mother’s Day” yup every restaurant forward holiday is just how about you account for that and be professional. Overbooking while your nervous 12 year old staff runs around with there heads cut off. Have had great experiences at this restaurant out of state and kinda crazy to think when I first try it in the city of service they sucked worse then Dennys. Pathetic for sure. You should fire all of management

   Terri le experience!! No service from staff and hostess station was completely inefficient and rude!! We waited 30 minutes just to check in for our reservation!

    Had a reservation for 1115 on Mother’s Day.  was told they were running a little behind. It would be a few minutes before seated. Had to check back with them and then were seated immediately like they forgot about us.  then went to table that was dirty, then asked to sit at a clean table. Waiter came over and said to be “transparent” … it will be an hour to an hour and a half until food arrives at your table. Needless to say we got up and left. Appreciate the waiter being honest, but why weren’t we told this when we checked in?!?!  Happy *!?* Mother’s Day!!!  will not be going back

   I took my Mom for the Mother’s Day brunch and waited an hour for any food to get to our table. I understand they were busy, but this was way too long. We saw a lot of people walking out and when the food finally came, it was terrible. Reminded me of a low budget motel continental breakfast.. most of the food we could not eat and ended up leaving early

   Incredibly bad Mother's Day experience. We arrived on time for 1030a reservation and with the interior half empty were going to be seated outside. They were put-off and twice declined to move us indoor because "our seating had been assigned". I was called 4 days prior to confirm the reservation and no mention of assigned seat or preference was made. We were finally seated indoors in the far back corner next to a noisy kitchen (mind you... I had reservations and the indoors remained at least 10% empty through our brunch). It took almost 15 min for anyone to come and take any order (mind you... it was a preset, served Mother's Day brunch) and 20 min after that to get the first serving of some not-handmade croissants and muffins. The remainder of the items took an additional 20 min to arrive. It was supposed to be an "endless" brunch, but we had to search out the waitress and when she finally did bring out additional items we requested it was a minimal scrap. Worst mother's day meal my wife and I have ever had to endure and after 1.5 hrs we paid $115 for what was essentially a coffee, an iced tea, 3 small croissants, 3 tiny muffins, 1 small portion of scrambled eggs, 5 4-in diameter pancakes without butter, 2 small biscuits and 4 eighth-inch thick small triangular slices of watermelon.

   The food was good, but it came out slow. We had a bottomless brunch and ordered more bacon and gravy, but it took so long, we left before it came out.

   Food was good when we got it. Brought out 1 Tray for 3 of us to share. Then hour went by and got 2 more trays of chicken fried steak, eggs, bacon, small pancakes that were 3 bites and some watermelon. Not worth $49 per person for Mothers Day, disappointing.

   I was disappointed to be seated under a mister in a side patio. We had a 10 am reservation and many tables were empty. I asked to be reseated and was told it wasn’t possible. Finally she let us move one table over. The sausage gravy was only lukewarm.
