Had a wonderful experience at Kona! The food, atmosphere, and service were all top-notch. A special shoutout to our server, Brian—he was absolutely amazing! Friendly, attentive, and made our evening even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

Customer dinner with good food and drinks. The pad Thai was too spicy for my customer. There was a long wait for the food albeit we had 13 in our party. The restaurant was about half full. Overall, good vibes from the staff. Our waiter was solid and was hustling all night.

Wagyu fried rice was amazing....flavors and the taste were great, I think the portion size made it a pretty great. Our waiter was great but the bar was either very behind or he forgot to put one of our drinks into the bar because I drank my entire mocktail in the 15 minutes we waited for him to get his cocktail. The restaurant was out of the dessert I wanted but we settled for the carrot cake which was decent but nothing to write home about. Try the fried rice for leftovers and it was still soooo good. I will be back to order that again.

We have gone to Kona Grill on a regular basis. However, this time we sat out on the patio on high table with 4 of us. I made reservations. They sat us down. We waited for a while. My husband went out to the front and told them we have not had anyone wait on us. She was very surprised and had someone come over to help us. I believe the manager came over later and helped us get water and drink orders. Throughout our stay, we had about 3 or 4 waiters/waitresses trying to help service us. Didn't seem that the wait staff was talking to each other while serving us. We would have one staff person ask about ordering food, when someone already took our order. We had one staff person bring us waters and then the manager brought over more waters. The food did come and it was very good. Long story short, the staff was a little confused with getting our food and drink orders. Will come back again. It could have been a mishap that day.

Good time. I was worried about reservations on Father's Day, but Kona was able to accommodate. We had attempted to order food from another establishment, but after 2 hours the food was still not delivered so we cancelled. I went on OpenTable to see about last-minute family-friendly restaurants. Kona was available and there was almost no wait. The atmosphere is nice, and they have a kids menu for my picky little ones. Dad had a 3-course special and it was a good time for all of us. He really liked the house wine.

Food was good… tasted fresh for such a busy day. The server seemed to not like our table too much but other than that a good experience that we would be willing to go back.
