Rich history, timeless style and contemporary cuisine. Chef's Adam Horton and Chris Kufek prepare French influenced contemporary American cuisine. With an emphasis on hearty wild game preparations. There is something for everyone with light flavorful seafood dishes as well as delicious vegetarian options. The cocktail list prepared by our resident Mixologist features classic prohibition era cocktails as well as modern versions of some classics. The wine list focuses on American boutique wines difficult to find on many other lists.
