Westend Chef de Cuisine Joe Palma, a Ripert protégé from Le Bernardin, presents signature dishes inspired by Chef Ripert’s own family traditions and recipes, including Tuna Carpaccio with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Chives, Shallot and Lemon; Fish Burger with Fennel, Oven Roasted Tomato and Saffron Aioli; Roasted Chicken with Country Bread Stuffing & Natural Jus; and a variety of local fresh clams and oysters.
Westend Bistro by Eric Ripert presents an accessible list of 75-80 esteemed wine selections, with an emphasis on contemporary American favorites from the Napa Valley region. Also available are 25+ seasonal wines by the glass, including varietals from Cakebread Cellars. A reserve list is available upon request.
