The entire third floor of Table 31 consists of a sleek, yet spacious special events hall that can accommodate up to 180 seated guests or 250 for a cocktail reception. Additionally, the room can be divided with a sound proof barrier enabling us to host independent functions for up to 80 people each. The banquet room also has a fully integrated audio-visual system including drop-down screens and projectors.
The Winter Garden, the Comcast Center's luxurious first floor common space, can be reserved for private events of up to 350 seated guests or up to 500 for a cocktail party. During the warmer months, capacity can almost be doubled with the use of the al fresco cafe and patio.

Chef Chris Scarduzio has expanded his restaurant portfolio with the opening of Table 31. A sophisticated Italian Steakhouse. Serving contemporary seafood, Abruzzese-inspired homemade pastas and the finest selection of USDA Prime steaks and chops. Table 31 is located in Center City's newest and tallest building, the Comcast Center.
Occupying the massive restaurant are a variety of innovative spaces, including two stunning bars, ground & second-floor dining areas, an intimate second-floor mezzanine lounge/bar, second-floor private dining room & an elegant third-floor banquet facility.
