Whether hosting a corporate event or a social gathering, on the second level and accessible through a private entrance, the three salons - Saint Martin, Hôtel de Ville and Rivoli - combined can accommodate up to 65 guests total and 120 for cocktail receptions. They can also be subdivided to host smaller groups and various types of events, according to guests' needs. We would be delighted to assist you in organizing the perfect event: custom menus, audio-visuals, floral or entertainment requirements. Also located above the Benoit, the Officine, a stunning 10-seat private dining room set in an original antique 19th century pharmacy. Guests enjoy here the privilege of selecting from Alain Ducasse's personal cellar.

Benoit New York is the third member of Alain Ducasse’s Benoit family – which also includes the bistro in Paris since 1912 and Benoit Tokyo. Benoit New York will echo the original bistro in Paris and represents an opportunity for Chef Ducasse to recreate a unique bistro experience within a dynamic urban environment while still preserving the tradition of Benoit Paris. The restaurant & bar will offer a menu of classic French bistro cuisine at lunch and dinner.
