Then dig into belly-warming dishes like calamari, red beet and goat cheese gnocchi, and wood-fired pizzas (Time Out New York's Best New Pizza Joint 2007) . Finish off with the torta della nonna, with custardy sabayon, chocolate cream piping, and crushed, toasted pistachios. As delicious as the food, is the "exceedingly friendly" staff.
