                                                  In comparison to other Brazilian restaurants that have been to, this one is at the bottom, way at the bottom by itself. The meat did not have any taste, and the medium cooked meat was tough. The only meat that was good was the bacon wrapped chicken. The gauchos kept passing my table even though my card was on green. His excuse was that he works a certain section. What? I've never known that they worked in sections, only the whole restaurant. Our waiter, however, was very attentive and the receptionists were welcoming. The atmosphere was good, the live music was also pleasant. Oh, the salad bar was okay, not bad, but okay. Overall the tasteless tough meat is why I give them 2.5 stars.

                                                  We made a reservation only to arrive on time and be told we had to wait for them to set up our table. It took 12 minutes for them to finally see us after I walked in and asked what was taking so long. The meat was delicious, but the salad bar looked like a had been out for hours. The lettuce and cold items looked wilted. We didn’t eat much from the salad bar because there wasn’t much left and what was available looked really old. We waited 10 minutes with empty plates before the meat carvers came around. Our server basically ignored us as we sat with empty dishes and empty drink glasses for 15 to 20 minutes when we finally got her attention to ask for our check, she noted her head and walked away. It took another five minutes before we went to find a manager. The staff carving the meat at the table for fun and engaging but I would not recommend the experience.

                                                  This was a new experience for us. The food was great and the servers were very attentive. The ambience is more like eating in a cafeteria, but we did not mind. Very nice salad bar.

                                                  The side bar was good. The chicken was good but that steak and beef was not it. Overall I love the ambiance of the place but it was not worth spending all that money.

                                                  Utilized a GroupOn deal and felt like lower rated guests. Food was OK. Only 1 of the 4 staff we interacted with was on their game. Not sure we’d ever go back.

                                                  There were three people at the front of house who were chatting instead of seating customers. After taking our name (we had a reservation and were early) they ignored us for 15 minutes. They then acted surprised when they called out our name and we told them we had already checked in. Our server seemed to have multiple tables and came and went sporadically. The drinks were pretty good, but they didn’t have the proper luxardo cherry for the Old Fashion. The meat was hit and miss. Some of the sirloin had gristle throughout; the Tri Tip was the best. We didn’t try the chicken or ham because it never made it to our table. I tend to judge how good the management of a restaurant is by how well they maintain their restrooms. The men’s room had the only urinal out of order, one faucet broken, and was out of paper towels. It’s like they don’t even care. With all the really good eating places in Vegas, this is one we won’t go to again.

                                                  Good was AMAZING, salad bar was fresh. The fried shrimp was perfection. They had live music which was really nice, wasn’t too loud. Cheesecake was delicious! Service was fast and friendly!
