They never charge a room fee and offer customized menus at prices to fit any budget. Your special event is always their primary focus. They also offer a private adjoining banquet facility with a dance floor and professional DJ. Entertainment: Proof NiteClub. Open Thursday through Saturday. "Where Denver Comes To Dance" next to the Fresh Fish Company. The Proof caters to the thirty and over crowd and we play all the dance hits from the 70's, 80's, 90's, and now with the hottest videos and video screens in Denver. Friday happy hour from 5 to 8 pm. This includes a free baron of beef dinner buffet, with $3.00 you call it well, wine, or domestic beer for all. We have a one drink minimum requirement. Saturday nights, we open at 8 pm with no cover until 9, one free appetizer per person from 8 to 9.
