    There was confusion on who actually was our server when we arrived. And that continued through the night. The server that did take care of us, it seemed like it was his first day. Very nervous and awkward really. The Australian tomahawk steak we ordered was tougher than a sirloin. The manager did make it right and got us something else, but the portions of the sides were quite small. The server would leave us for long stretches of time. It was just an odd experience. We went 4 years ago and it was amazing. But this time was not worth what we paid.

    The ambiance was great. The open eating and view was amazing. The staff was very helpful with the menu, and for the most part our food was delicious. The steaks were very bloody for medium rare and had to be sent back but staff was accommodating and taste was delicious afterwards.

    Hits on all fronts. Ambience, food, location, and service all top notch. Second time at Harry’s and plan to return when back in Cancun. Expensive, but worth the $$. The Kobe Filet Mignon melts in your mouth.

    Julio and his assistant (Jesus?) were excellent, attentive, and engaging. They very much contributed to our enjoyment of the experience. We will definitely be back.

    Have eaten at Harry’s previously. A little disappointed with the Lobster roll as it did not seem there was 5 ounces plus it was warm when the waiter indicated it would be cold. Ruffles potato chips served. Everything else was really nice. Maybe an off night.

    Hi, Harry's is a beautiful restaurant with excellent service. However, the food was well below what I expected. I had the Caribbean Lobster and it was so salty and over flavoured that I could not taste the actual lobster and could not even finish the lobster. This was so disappointing as it was very expensive. My daughter had the fillet mignon steak which was also very ordinary. She ordered a medium-rare steak, and while it was medium-rare the centre of the steak had a jellyish consistency. This suggests the very thick piece of steak was cooked too fast and not properly rested. Harry's is a very expensive restaurant and the food certainly did not live up to my expectations. Very disappointing and poor value for money.
