Twisted Cork, a Northwest Bistro, is the restaurant and wine bar located within the Hyatt Regency Bellevue on the first floor of the Cascade Tower. The bistro offers an upscale dining experience matching Northwest cuisine with an award winning wine list (winning a top award from Wine Enthusiast – one of only 36 in North America). Twisted Cork offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night dining along with over 85 wines by the glass. We offer over 400 labels of wines by the bottle, as well as hand crafted cocktails from our full service bar. Private event space is also available. Live entertainment Sunday Jazz during brunch from 10am-1pm, Wednesday light Jazz 7pm-10pm and every Friday and Saturday nights after 10pm. The Wine Buzz, a wine and food pairing event every Wednesday from 6-8pm. Happy Hour daily from 3-6pm and 9-close featuring half price wine pours and appetizers.
